1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application with expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products available at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events to enhance client engagement.
6. Assist with Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and ensure excellent client service during order pickups.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and beauty.

1. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
2. Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment.
3. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
4. Consistent and reliable attendance.
5. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail, is required.

$22.60 - $27.70 per hour, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
