1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and offer courteous service.
3. Assess client needs and recommend suitable products.
4. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients.
5. Conduct makeovers for clients as required.
6. Complete in-depth brand training and cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
7. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
9. Stay informed about special events and store animations.
10. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
11. Be knowledgeable about cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.

3. Flexibility in work schedule, including nights and weekends.
