1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively and perform makeovers as required.
4. Ensure completion of brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Be informed about special events and participate in programs to reduce loss.
8. Possess knowledge of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
