1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients with enthusiasm and offering knowledgeable advice on products.
2. Assess client needs and recommend suitable products, including providing makeovers when necessary.
3. Ensure completion of in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
4. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
5. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
6. Stay informed about special events and store animations.
7. Assist in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
8. Be knowledgeable about cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
