1. Provide exceptional and knowledgeable customer service in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and assist in determining their beauty needs.
3. Recommend suitable products and provide makeovers as required.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and share knowledge with team members.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to management.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Stay informed about special events and store animations.
8. Contribute to programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
9. Possess knowledge of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility in work schedule, including nights and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
