1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients with enthusiasm and offering knowledgeable assistance in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Assess client needs and recommend suitable products, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
3. Conduct makeovers and demonstrate product application techniques as required.
4. Complete brand training and actively seek additional product knowledge.
5. Assist in cross-training fellow Beauty Advisors to enhance team capabilities.
6. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
7. Ensure compliance with store policies, including sampling procedures and special event participation.
8. Support cashier functions and contribute to loss prevention efforts.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or the service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence and engage business partners effectively.
4. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including days, nights, and weekends.
