- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
- Greet clients with enthusiasm and assist them in identifying products that meet their needs.
- Conduct makeovers and communicate product knowledge effectively to clients.
- Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
- Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about special events and animations within the store.
- Assist in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
- Be knowledgeable of cashier functions as required.
- One to three years of experience in retail or the service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
