- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
- Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest appropriate products.
- Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and provide makeovers as required.
- Complete brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
- Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Be knowledgeable of special events and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
- Assist with cashier functions as needed.
- One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
