1. Deliver personalized consultations and expert product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Educate and empower clients through product demonstrations, application techniques and trend guidance.
3. Achieve sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling, clienteling and follow-up.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure the store environment is clean, organized and welcoming.
5. Stay current on beauty trends and product launches to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
6. Contribute to an inclusive team culture and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
2. Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics and current trends.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
4. Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a goal-driven, collaborative environment.
5. Flexibility to work retail peak hours (evenings, weekends and holidays) and meet required weekly shift minimums.
6. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
