1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet all clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively and provide makeovers as required.
4. Ensure completion of in-depth brand training for designated team members.
5. Actively pursue additional product knowledge and cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
6. Participate in inventory control and communicate inventory issues to the Manager.
7. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
8. Be knowledgeable of special events and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
9. Understand cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility in work schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
