1. Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients.
4. Conduct makeovers as required.
5. Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
6. Cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
7. Participate in inventory control and communicate inventory issues to the Manager.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
9. Be informed about special events and animations within the store.
10. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
11. Be knowledgeable about cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
4. Flexible work schedule, including availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

2. Proficiency in product knowledge and ability to convey it effectively.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Attention to detail in operational tasks.

One to three years of experience in the retail or service industry is required.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.40 - CAD$22.80, depending on qualifications and experience.
