1. Provide exceptional service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and perform makeovers as required.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to management.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Stay informed about special events and store animations.
8. Contribute to programs aimed at reducing inventory loss.
9. Be knowledgeable about cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights and weekends.

Compensation ranges from CAD$19.40 to CAD$22.80 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
