1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and offer courteous service.
3. Assess client needs and recommend suitable products.
4. Conduct makeovers as required and communicate product knowledge effectively.
5. Complete in-depth brand training and pursue additional product knowledge.
6. Cross-train other Beauty Advisors and participate in inventory control.
7. Communicate inventory issues to management and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
8. Stay informed about special events and participate in programs to reduce loss.
9. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
