1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients with enthusiasm and offering knowledgeable advice on products in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Assess client needs and recommend suitable products, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
3. Conduct makeovers and demonstrations as required to enhance client engagement.
4. Complete brand training and actively seek additional product knowledge to improve service delivery.
5. Assist in inventory control and communicate any issues to management.
6. Ensure compliance with store policies, including sampling procedures, and participate in programs to minimize loss.
7. Support cashier functions and stay informed about special store events and promotions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or the service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence and engage with clients and business partners effectively.
3. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
