1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application expertise, showcasing proficiency in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products available at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to exciting sales initiatives.
6. Assist in BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and client service operations.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

1. Prior experience in retail or a similar environment.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
4. Resilience and the ability to respond swiftly to various situations.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$22.60 - $27.70 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
