- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate product application expertise, showcasing proficiency in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products available at Sephora.
- Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
- Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to exciting sales initiatives.
- Assist in BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and client service operations.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.
- Prior experience in retail or a similar environment.
- Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Resilience and the ability to respond swiftly to various situations.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Expertise in beauty consultations and product application.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of current beauty trends and products.
- Customer service excellence.
Previous experience in retail or a related field is preferred.
$22.60 - $27.70 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
