1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Greet all customers with enthusiasm and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
3. Share product knowledge with customers and perform makeup applications as needed.
4. Ensure team members receive comprehensive brand training and pursue additional product learning.
5. Participate in stock control and communicate inventory issues to management.
6. Adhere to sampling policies and procedures.
7. Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
8. Engage in programs to minimize shrinkage and loss.
9. Understand cashier functions as required.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service sectors.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
