1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers across color, skincare, and fragrance domains.
2. Enthusiastically greet all customers entering the store and offer courteous and informed assistance.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
4. Share product knowledge with customers and perform makeovers when necessary.
5. Ensure team members receive comprehensive brand training and pursue additional product learning as needed.
6. Train other beauty advisors and participate in stock control activities.
7. Communicate stock issues or concerns to management and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
8. Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
9. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and loss.
10. Designated advisors should be familiar with cashier host functions.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service sectors.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
