4. Participate in inventory control and communicate any issues to the Manager.
5. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
6. Be informed about special events and animations within the store.
7. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
8. Cross-train other Beauty Advisors and be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or the service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
4. Flexibility to work a varied schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
