1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and offer courteous service.
3. Assess client needs and recommend suitable products.
4. Conduct makeovers and communicate product knowledge effectively.
5. Complete in-depth brand training and pursue additional product knowledge.
6. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to management.
7. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
8. Stay informed about special events and animations within the store.
9. Assist in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
10. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
