1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines to enhance client experiences.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events to drive business objectives.
6. Assist clients with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) services, ensuring a seamless experience.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

1. Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably within the beauty sector.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
4. Resilience and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Previous experience in a retail setting, ideally within the beauty industry, is preferred.

$19.75 - $24.21 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and other business factors.
