- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to all customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
- Enthusiastically greet all customers entering the store.

- Perform makeovers for customers when needed.
- Ensure team members receive in-depth brand training.
- Actively pursue additional product learning.
- Train other beauty advisors.
- Participate in inventory control and communicate stock issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
- Participate in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and losses.
- Understand cashier host functions.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
