1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Greet all customers enthusiastically upon entering the store.
3. Determine customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
4. Share product knowledge with customers and perform makeovers as needed.
5. Ensure team members complete comprehensive brand training.
6. Participate in ongoing product learning and train other beauty advisors.
7. Contribute to inventory control and communicate stock issues to management.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
9. Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
10. Participate in programs to reduce shrinkage and loss.
11. Understand cashier host functions as designated.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
