1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.

7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

1. Prior experience in a similar retail environment, preferably in beauty.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
4. Resilience and adaptability in dynamic situations.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
