- Engage with customers to provide personalized product recommendations and advice based on individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products, including Sephora's private label offerings.
- Drive sales by proactively engaging with customers, recommending additional products, and promoting Sephora's loyalty program.
- Assist in maintaining organized and visually appealing product displays, ensuring stock levels are adequate and products are not expired or damaged.
- Embody Sephora's brand values and maintain a professional appearance, acting as a brand ambassador.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a positive and inclusive work environment, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Support operational tasks such as assisting at the cash desk and managing stock replenishment processes.
- Proven experience as a beauty advisor, preferably in a retail or customer-focused environment.
- Extensive knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance products and industry trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Professional appearance and passion for the beauty industry.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Beginner level experience in a similar retail or customer service role.
