1. Provide active support and advice to customers across all departments, including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
2. Share knowledge on products, trends, and innovations within the beauty industry.
3. Perform short services in all departments.
4. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising guidelines.
5. Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
6. Manage inventory and stock both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality industries.
2. Previous retail experience and customer service expertise.
3. Fluent in English or native language of the country.
