- Provide active support and advice to customers across all departments, including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
- Share knowledge on products, trends, and innovations within the beauty industry.
- Perform short services in all departments.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
- Manage inventory and stock both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality industries.
- Previous retail experience and customer service expertise.
- Fluent in English or native language of the country.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
