- Deliver personalized one-on-one beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, and fragrance; educate and empower clients with product knowledge.
- Remain current on category trends, new launches, and techniques to provide relevant, trend-forward advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory activities, merchandising and visual presentation to maintain an organized, inviting sales floor.
- Maintain store standards by ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and promoting openness and respect.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to deliver a secure and consistent customer experience.
- Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment preferred; entry-level applicants with strong customer-service aptitude encouraged.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product discovery.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Reliable availability and punctuality to meet required weekly shifts; flexible to work peak hours.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
