1. Deliver personalized one-on-one beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, and fragrance; educate and empower clients with product knowledge.
3. Remain current on category trends, new launches, and techniques to provide relevant, trend-forward advice.
4. Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
5. Support inventory activities, merchandising and visual presentation to maintain an organized, inviting sales floor.
6. Maintain store standards by ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.
7. Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and promoting openness and respect.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to deliver a secure and consistent customer experience.
9. Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment preferred; entry-level applicants with strong customer-service aptitude encouraged.
2. Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product discovery.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
4. Reliable availability and punctuality to meet required weekly shifts; flexible to work peak hours.
5. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
