- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients with enthusiasm and assisting them with product selection in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
- Conduct makeovers and communicate product knowledge effectively to clients.
- Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
- Participate in inventory control and communicate any inventory issues to the manager.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
- Be knowledgeable about special events and animations within the store.
- Cross-train other Beauty Advisors and be knowledgeable of cashier functions.
- One to three years of experience in retail or the service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
- Flexible work schedule, including availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in inventory management
- Knowledge of beauty products and trends
One to three years of experience in retail or the service industry is required.
