1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients with enthusiasm and assisting them with product selection in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Conduct makeovers and communicate product knowledge effectively to clients.
3. Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
4. Participate in inventory control and communicate any inventory issues to the manager.
5. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
6. Be knowledgeable about special events and animations within the store.
7. Cross-train other Beauty Advisors and be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or the service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
4. Flexible work schedule, including availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
