1. Provide exceptional customer service by offering expert beauty consultations and make-up services.
2. Adhere to hygiene regulations and implement in-store product trials and gift-wrapping services.
3. Achieve store performance targets, including sales and conversion rates.
4. Utilize cross-selling and up-selling techniques to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
5. Participate in Sephora University training programs and share best practices with colleagues.
6. Maintain merchandising presentations and ensure cleanliness in assigned zones.
7. Handle cashier duties and follow CRM policies to prevent fraud.
8. Support stock management, including product receiving, transfer, and inventory control.

1. Minimum secondary school education
