1. Provide exceptional customer service by offering expert consultation, knowledge sharing, and makeup services.
2. Adhere to hygiene regulations and implement in-store gift-wrapping and product trials.
3. Maintain high standards of grooming and uniform while welcoming customers.
4. Utilize link, up, and cross-selling techniques to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Participate in Sephora University’s training programs and share best practices with colleagues.
6. Manage merchandising presentations and ensure cleanliness and organization of the store.
7. Handle cashier duties, ensuring compliance with company policies and CRM procedures.
8. Assist in stock management, including product receiving, inventory, and maintaining a tidy stock room.

1. Minimum secondary school education
