- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment by supporting inventory and merchandising.

- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment.
- Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Beginner level experience in retail or a client-focused environment is required.
$19.80 - $26.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
