1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application techniques and skincare routines with expertise.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events, enhancing client engagement.
6. Assist with Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) services, ensuring excellent client service.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and beauty.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Beginner level experience in retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
