1. Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that respond to each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate and communicate product knowledge and application techniques to educate and empower clients.

4. Maintain merchandising standards, stock levels and a clean, welcoming sales floor to optimize the client experience.

1. Previous experience delivering excellent customer service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.
2. Passion for beauty and up-to-date knowledge of trends, products and application techniques.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
4. Availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.
5. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required for merchandising and inventory tasks.
