1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their goals and recommending suitable products.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and ability to react promptly to situations.
5. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$22.60 - $27.70 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
