- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate product application techniques, showcasing expertise in makeup and skincare routines.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
- Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
- Participate in sales and promotional events, enhancing the store's dynamic atmosphere.
- Assist with Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) services, ensuring excellent client service.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.
- Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
- Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and ability to react promptly to various situations.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Prior experience in retail or a similar customer service role is preferred.
$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
