1. Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively to clients and perform makeovers as required.
4. Ensure completion of in-depth brand training for team members and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate inventory issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss.
7. Stay informed about special events and animations within the store.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.

Compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80, dependent on qualifications and experience.
