1. Support Store Managers in planning store team shifts and monitoring anomalies in the management system.
2. Plan holiday and training schedules.
3. Organize recruitment processes, including application screening and interview scheduling.
4. Facilitate onboarding for new employees, including document preparation and archiving.
5. Manage supplies through management systems and external suppliers, with knowledge of SAP.
6. Apply company procedures, including regulations and safety protocols.
7. Enhance efficiency and maintenance of operations related to Store Warehouse Audits.

1. Previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant, preferably in dynamic, multinational retail environments.
