1. Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging, and on-trend content optimized for various social media platforms.
2. Apply basic retouching techniques to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
3. Incorporate existing motion graphics and visual elements to create visually dynamic and captivating video content.
4. Contribute compelling narratives that align with Sephora's brand voice and resonate with the target audience on social media.
5. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, video editing techniques, and platform-specific best practices.
6. Collaborate with Social Content Leads, Social Producers, and other team members to align video content with campaign objectives and brand strategies.

1. 1-2 years of relevant experience in video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social video creation.
2. Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and/or similar tools.
3. Deep intuitive understanding of current social media platforms and their content ecosystems.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

The annual base salary range for this position is $71,000.00 - $79,990.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
