1. Provide objective support in planning and executing store capital projects pipeline.
2. Support project team in preparation for key project approvals such as real estate committee, executive design review, and CER process.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure project planning and execution activities are conducted in accordance with timelines.
4. Enter and track information into Sephora’s project management systems, such as Smartsheet.
5. Manage and prepare key documents for store capital projects.
6. Administer contracts with third-party contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, and initiate purchase orders based on contract terms.
7. Create templates, forms, and dashboards to support processes and governance.
8. Support the PMO Workflow Senior Manager in identifying and documenting opportunities for workflow/process improvement.
9. Capture and document lessons learned while identifying optimization opportunities.
10. Support ad hoc analysis to support portfolio KPIs, metrics, and learnings.
11. Participate in other meetings and support ad-hoc store development activities based on business demand.

1. 2+ years of experience in real estate, construction, or property development industry, preferably in retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Experience with Smartsheets/Dashboards.
3. Experience with contracts, purchase orders, and contract administration.
4. General knowledge of reading leases, construction drawings, or fixture plans (MAPS) is preferred.
5. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
6. Proactive, innovative, self-starter, and result-oriented.
7. Effective listening and interpersonal communication skills.
8. Strong prioritization and problem resolution skills.

2+ years in real estate, construction, or property development industry, preferably in retail.

The annual base salary range for this position is $75,650.00 - $84,550.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
