Sephora Associate Planner

- Manage sales and inventory planning across pre-season and in-season timeframes to meet key performance objectives.
- Develop comprehensive pre-season strategies to identify opportunities and risks across brand, channel, and store levels.
- Analyze product launches, performance trends, and seasonality to inform planning.
- Adjust forecasts, receipts, and inventory levels to optimize business outcomes.
- Lead newness and launch forecasts in alignment with merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with Merchants, Vendors, and the Director to build pre-season brand budget plans.
- Drive allocation strategies that support merchandise plans for newness, animations, and promotional events.
- Monitor and act on in-stock levels for core and newness SKUs.
- Generate and analyze reports on vendor/brand fill rates, lead time accuracy, business trends, and stock continuity.
- Partner closely with Merchandising, US Inventory, and Store teams to execute liquidation strategies for exit brands and collections.
- 3+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, or a closely related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in process management with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
3+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, or a closely related field.
