Sephora Associate Planner - E-commerce Hair

- Drive divisional sales, in-stock levels, and days on hand targets for the e-commerce hair category.
- Collaborate with Inventory Directors, Merchants, and Vendors to create pre-season Brand Budget Plans.
- Develop and manage Department Plans and Brand Plans for both pre-season and in-season periods.
- Own the monthly in-season Open to Buy (OTB) forecast of sales and inventory needs.
- Analyze sales and inventory needs for key initiatives, promotions, and new product launches.
- Communicate consistently with vendors regarding sales performance and inventory issues.
- Develop sales and buy plans for e-commerce events and report on business continuity weekly.
- 1-3 years of planning experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to interpret and synthesize data into business decisions.
- Strong organizational and task management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
1-3 years of planning experience, preferably in inventory management or a related field.
The annual base salary range for this position is $84,660.00 - $94,620.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
