1. Drive divisional sales, in-stock levels, and days on hand targets for the e-commerce hair category.
2. Collaborate with Inventory Directors, Merchants, and Vendors to create pre-season Brand Budget Plans.
3. Develop and manage Department Plans and Brand Plans for both pre-season and in-season periods.
4. Own the monthly in-season Open to Buy (OTB) forecast of sales and inventory needs.
5. Analyze sales and inventory needs for key initiatives, promotions, and new product launches.
6. Communicate consistently with vendors regarding sales performance and inventory issues.
7. Develop sales and buy plans for e-commerce events and report on business continuity weekly.

1. 1-3 years of planning experience in a related field.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
2. Ability to interpret and synthesize data into business decisions.
3. Strong organizational and task management skills.
4. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
5. Good negotiation skills.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

1-3 years of planning experience, preferably in inventory management or a related field.

The annual base salary range for this position is $84,660.00 - $94,620.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
