1. Drive divisional sales, in-stock levels, and days on hand targets for the e-commerce platform.
2. Collaborate with Dotcom Merchants as a financial partner to grow and drive business.
3. Create pre-season Brand Budget Plans in partnership with Inventory Directors, Merchants, and Vendors.
4. Manage Department Plans and Brand Plans through pre-season and in-season timeframes.
5. Own the monthly in-season Open to Buy (OTB) forecast of sales and inventory needs.
6. Analyze and partner with Dotcom Merchants to manage opportunities and risks.
7. Develop forecasts and buys for new product launches and promotional strategies.
8. Analyze sales and inventory needs for key initiatives, animations, and promotions.
9. Communicate consistently with vendors regarding sales performance and inventory issues.
10. Develop sales and buy plans for Dotcom events and report weekly stock continuity.

1. 1-3 years of planning experience in a related field.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and task management abilities.
5. Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $84,660.00 - $94,620.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
