- Drive divisional sales, in stocks, and days on hand targets.
- Create pre-season Brand Budget Plans with Inventory Directors, Merchants, and Vendors.
- Manage Department Plans and Brand Plans through pre-season and in-season timeframes.
- Own monthly in-season Open to Buy (OTB) forecast of sales and inventory needs.
- Analyze and partner with Dotcom Merchants to manage opportunities and risks.
- Own newness/launch forecasts and buys to support merchandising and promo strategies.
- Analyze and validate inventory needs for Animations, App Previews, Emails, and early launches.
- Conduct Newness hindsight and key initiatives analysis quarterly.
- Develop New Brand strategies, projected sales, and inventory needs for launch timeframe.
- Communicate with vendors on sales performance, in-stocks, and outstanding issues.
- Develop sales and buy plans for Dotcom events and report business weekly stock continuity.
- 1-3 years of Planning experience.
- Excellent technical skills in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word.
- Ability to interpret and synthesize data into business decisions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and task management skills.
- Clear and concise written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Good negotiation skills.

The annual base salary range for this position is $84,660.00 - $94,620.00. Individuals may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
