- Develop and implement online category, brand, and product merchandising strategies to drive the dotcom business.
- Collaborate with brands, retail merchants, and inventory teams to ensure cross-channel alignment and maximize sales.
- Analyze online business performance and provide insights and recommendations to partners and senior leaders.
- Plan and execute brand promotional strategies tied to launches, hero products, and key category moments.
- Lead ad-hoc reporting and special projects to enhance category and brand performance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with brand partners to support robust growth plans.
- Manage .com product assortments and conduct SKU analyses to drive productivity.
- Oversee new brand onboarding and ensure standout storytelling and visual presentation on brand pages.
- Collaborate on digital strategy, supporting email, homepage, and category placements.
- Work with product and content production teams to maintain site health and functionality.
- Partner with Inventory to forecast newness and seasonal buys, and participate in open-to-buy meetings.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail buying office with a strong understanding of merchandising fundamentals.
- E-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer experience is highly preferred.
- Self-starter mindset with the initiative to drive work forward.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Box and Smartsheet is an asset.
Minimum 5 years in a retail buying office, with a preference for e-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer experience.
Compensation ranges between CAD$76,500.00 - CAD$85,500.00, plus bonus and RRSP matching.
