1. Develop and implement online category, brand, and product merchandising strategies to drive the dotcom business.
2. Collaborate with brands, retail merchants, and inventory teams to ensure cross-channel alignment and maximize sales.
3. Analyze online business performance and provide insights and recommendations to partners and senior leaders.
4. Plan and execute brand promotional strategies tied to launches, hero products, and key category moments.
5. Lead ad-hoc reporting and special projects to enhance category and brand performance.
6. Cultivate strong relationships with brand partners to support robust growth plans.
7. Manage .com product assortments and conduct SKU analyses to drive productivity.
8. Oversee new brand onboarding and ensure standout storytelling and visual presentation on brand pages.
9. Collaborate on digital strategy, supporting email, homepage, and category placements.
10. Work with product and content production teams to maintain site health and functionality.
11. Partner with Inventory to forecast newness and seasonal buys, and participate in open-to-buy meetings.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail buying office with a strong understanding of merchandising fundamentals.
2. E-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer experience is highly preferred.

3. Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. High proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
5. Familiarity with Box and Smartsheet is an asset.

Minimum 5 years in a retail buying office, with a preference for e-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer experience.

Compensation ranges between CAD$76,500.00 - CAD$85,500.00, plus bonus and RRSP matching.
