1. Develop and implement online category, brand, and product merchandising strategies to drive the dotcom business.
2. Collaborate with brands, retail merchants, and inventory teams to ensure cross-channel alignment and maximize sales.
3. Analyze online business performance and provide insights and recommendations to partners and senior leaders.
4. Plan and execute brand promotional strategies tied to launches, hero products, and key category moments.
5. Lead ad-hoc reporting and special projects to enhance category and brand performance.
6. Build strategic relationships with brand partners to support growth plans.
7. Manage .com product assortments and identify opportunities to differentiate and grow the online business.
8. Oversee new brand onboarding and ensure standout storytelling and visual presentation on brand pages.
9. Partner with Senior Merchant on category-level digital strategy and support email, homepage, and category placements.
10. Collaborate with product and content production teams to maintain site health and functionality.
11. Work closely with Inventory to forecast newness, exclusives, and seasonal buys.
12. Participate in .com open-to-buy meetings and ensure marketing initiatives are supported with sufficient inventory.

1. 4+ years of experience in a retail buying office with a strong understanding of merchandising fundamentals.
2. E-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer experience is highly preferred.
3. Self-starter with the initiative to drive work forward and anticipate needs.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
5. Exceptional interpersonal skills and agility in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

1. High proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Ability to translate data into insights and presentations into action.
3. Familiarity with Box and Smartsheet is an asset.

Minimum 4 years of experience in a retail buying office, preferably with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer experience.

The compensation ranges between CAD$76,500.00 - CAD$85,500.00, plus bonus and RRSP matching.
