1. Develop and execute strategies for brand growth and product introductions within the fragrance category.
2. Cultivate and manage relationships with multiple brands and vendors.
3. Plan and negotiate assortments, promotions, and product launches.
4. Analyze category performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
5. Source and develop new brands to fill market gaps.
6. Communicate management directives to team members and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
7. Collaborate with internal partners on marketing activities and planogram implementation.
8. Manage brand training needs and inventory fulfillment.
9. Ensure compliance with Health Canada regulations and product registration.

1. Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in retail management or related field.
2. 4 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or planning.

2. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
3. Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in merchant systems and technical tools.
5. Comprehensive knowledge of the Canadian marketplace and vendor landscape.

A minimum of 4 years in buying, merchandising, or planning roles, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.

Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in retail management or a related field.
