1. Achieve financial and strategic goals for assigned fragrance category and brands, including sales and gross margin.
2. Develop and implement department objectives, brand and client strategies, and visual presentations.
3. Establish and manage brand relationships, including terms negotiations and support agreements.
4. Develop and execute assortment plans, launch strategies, and brand animations.
5. Interpret and communicate strategic direction to team members and internal partners.
6. Analyze category elements to identify opportunities for growth.

1. 3+ years of retail buying experience at a major retailer.
2. Experience managing a direct report.

1. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
2. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Strong analytical skills and a numbers-oriented mindset.
4. Ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
5. Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
6. Collaborative and positive attitude.

3+ years of retail buying experience at a major retailer, with experience managing a direct report.

Annual base salary range of $99,000.00 - $106,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
