1. Develop pre-season brand budget plans in collaboration with Inventory Directors, Merchants, and Vendors.
2. Create and manage department and brand plans through both pre-season and in-season timeframes.
3. Own the monthly in-season Open to Buy (OTB) forecast of sales and inventory needs within budgeted goals.
4. Present at monthly cross-functional OTB meetings.
5. Analyze and partner with Merchants to manage opportunities and risks.
6. Forecast and manage new product launches to support merchandising and promotional strategies.
7. Analyze sales and inventory needs for key initiatives, animations, and promotions.
8. Develop new brand strategies, projected sales, and inventory needs for launch timeframes.
9. Maintain consistent communication with vendors regarding sales performance and inventory issues.
10. Develop sales and buy plans for online events and report weekly stock continuity.

1. 2-5 years of planning experience in a related field.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
2. Ability to interpret and synthesize data into business decisions.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and task management skills.
4. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
5. Strong negotiation skills.
6. Problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

2-5 years of planning experience in merchandising, operations, or finance.

The annual base salary range for this position is $84,660.00 - $94,620.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
