Sephora Associate Merchandising Planner

- Develop pre-season brand budget plans in collaboration with Inventory Directors, Merchants, and Vendors.
- Create and manage department and brand plans through both pre-season and in-season timeframes.
- Own the monthly in-season Open to Buy (OTB) forecast of sales and inventory needs within budgeted goals.
- Present at monthly cross-functional OTB meetings.
- Analyze and partner with Merchants to manage opportunities and risks.
- Forecast and manage new product launches to support merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Analyze sales and inventory needs for key initiatives, animations, and promotions.
- Develop new brand strategies, projected sales, and inventory needs for launch timeframes.
- Maintain consistent communication with vendors regarding sales performance and inventory issues.
- Develop sales and buy plans for online events and report weekly stock continuity.
- 2-5 years of planning experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to interpret and synthesize data into business decisions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and task management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
2-5 years of planning experience in merchandising, operations, or finance.
The annual base salary range for this position is $84,660.00 - $94,620.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
