Sephora Associate Merchandising Planner

- Develop pre-season Brand Budget Plans in collaboration with Inventory Directors, Merchants, and Vendors.
- Create and manage Department Plans and Brand Plans through pre-season and in-season timeframes.
- Own the monthly in-season Open to Buy (OTB) forecast of sales and inventory needs, ensuring alignment with budgeted goals.
- Analyze and collaborate with Merchants to manage opportunities and risks.
- Oversee newness/launch forecasts and purchases to support merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Conduct analysis and validation of inventory needs for Animations, App Previews, Emails, and early launches.
- Perform quarterly analysis on Newness hindsight and key initiatives.
- Develop strategies for new brand launches, including projected sales and inventory needs.
- Maintain consistent communication with vendors regarding sales performance, in-stocks, and outstanding issues.
- Develop sales and buy plans for Dotcom events and report business weekly stock continuity.
- 2-5 years of Planning experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to interpret and synthesize data into business decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and task management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with flexibility
2-5 years of experience in planning, preferably within the beauty or retail sector.
The annual base salary range for this position is $84,660.00 - $94,620.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
