1. Develop pre-season Brand Budget Plans in collaboration with Inventory Directors, Merchants, and Vendors.
2. Create and manage Department Plans and Brand Plans through pre-season and in-season timeframes.
3. Own the monthly in-season Open to Buy (OTB) forecast of sales and inventory needs, ensuring alignment with budgeted goals.
4. Analyze and collaborate with Merchants to manage opportunities and risks.
5. Oversee newness/launch forecasts and purchases to support merchandising and promotional strategies.
6. Conduct analysis and validation of inventory needs for Animations, App Previews, Emails, and early launches.
7. Perform quarterly analysis on Newness hindsight and key initiatives.
8. Develop strategies for new brand launches, including projected sales and inventory needs.
9. Maintain consistent communication with vendors regarding sales performance, in-stocks, and outstanding issues.
10. Develop sales and buy plans for Dotcom events and report business weekly stock continuity.

1. 2-5 years of Planning experience

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
2. Ability to interpret and synthesize data into business decisions
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and task management skills
4. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
5. Strong negotiation skills
6. Problem-solving and analytical skills
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
8. Team player with flexibility

2-5 years of experience in planning, preferably within the beauty or retail sector.

The annual base salary range for this position is $84,660.00 - $94,620.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
