Sephora Associate Merchandise Planner

- Manage Brand Planning for both pre-season and in-season to ensure SKU in-stock and DOH targets are met.
- Collaborate with Omni Inventory Planners, Dotcom and Category Merchants, and Vendors to create pre-season Brand Budget Plans.
- Develop new brand strategies, projected sales, inventory by SKU needs, and order flow setups for launch timeframes.
- Own accurate monthly in-season Open to Buy (OTB) sales and Gross Margin, and present at monthly cross-functional OTB meetings.
- Partner with Demand Planning on forecast alignment and strategy.
- Guide Merchandise Planning Assistants in prioritizing new orders and communicating delays in key launches.
- Analyze and validate sales and inventory needs for key initiatives, animations, and promotions.
- Develop liquidation strategies for exit brands/collections or overstock in collaboration with Omni Planner.
- Maintain consistent communication with vendors regarding sales performance, in-stocks, and outstanding issues.
- Validate productive assortment by analyzing and recommending items to discontinue or develop within productivity guidelines.
- 4+ years of planning experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to interpret and synthesize data into business decisions.
- Strong organizational and task management skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Flexibility and teamwork orientation.
A minimum of 4 years of planning experience in inventory management or a related field is required.
The annual base salary range is $86,955.00 - $97,185.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
