1. Lead and manage Learning & Development initiatives for the Merchandising organization.
2. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and processes related to L&D and Talent Development.
3. Develop and enhance training content and materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional partners and vendors to deliver training resources effectively.
5. Evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback and assessments, providing improvement recommendations.
6. Stay informed on external learning trends to guide future program directions.
7. Facilitate in-person and virtual instructor-led courses and new hire orientations.

1. 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields.
2. Proven experience in project/program management within Business Operations.
3. Experience in developing technical user guides for systems enhancements.

1. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
2. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
3. Experience in instructional design is advantageous.
4. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Positive and collaborative attitude.

A minimum of 5 years in Learning & Development or related experience in project/program management of Business Operations initiatives.

The annual base salary range for this position is $99,000.00 - $111,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
