Sephora Associate Manager, Merchandising Learning & Development

- Lead and manage Learning & Development initiatives for the Merchandising organization.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and processes related to L&D and Talent Development.
- Develop and enhance training content and materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and vendors to deliver training resources effectively.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback and assessments, providing improvement recommendations.
- Stay informed on external learning trends to guide future program directions.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual instructor-led courses and new hire orientations.
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields.
- Proven experience in project/program management within Business Operations.
- Experience in developing technical user guides for systems enhancements.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in instructional design is advantageous.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive and collaborative attitude.
A minimum of 5 years in Learning & Development or related experience in project/program management of Business Operations initiatives.
The annual base salary range for this position is $99,000.00 - $111,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
