- Drive and execute Sephora Collection's digital business strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
- Monitor sales performance and optimize the e-commerce platform for revenue growth through future activations.
- Manage the execution of new product page setups and updates, ensuring optimal presentation and navigation.
- Oversee the strategy and optimization of product page content, ensuring consistency and SEO optimization.
- Collaborate with Sephora Dotcom Merchandising and Global teams to align on best practices and opportunities.
- Manage relationships with Ratings & Reviews partners to enhance the digital business.
- Identify and act on new opportunities to improve brand experience and client engagement.
- Own resource and asset management, providing feedback and troubleshooting as needed.
- Conduct performance reporting and make strategic recommendations to Global and Dotcom merchandising teams.
- Serve as a technical consultant and subject matter expert on tools and systems driving the front-end experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail buying, eCommerce, or Direct to Consumer roles.
- Ability to support Pacific Standard Time hours with flexibility.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital merchandising.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Technical expertise in CMS and front-end experience tools.
3-5 years in retail buying, eCommerce, or Direct to Consumer roles.
The annual base salary ranges from $99,790 to $111,530, with eligibility for bonuses based on performance and other factors.
